We had a wonderful stay at this resort for Christmas! The hotel was beautifully decorated for the season, and the staff were genuinely friendly. While our Cocoa Pod room was comfortable, the Villa needed a bit of maintenance. The various pools were a highlight, and the overall location was perfect for exploring the island. It was slightly disappointing that the Villa had some issues with water pressure and hot water, which detracted a bit from the experience.

We stayed in a Cocoa Pod and a Villa. The Cocoa Pod was new and nice, but the Villa was quite large and clean but needed refurbishment, such as fixing the shower head and woodwork.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the stunning views from my waterfront room and the delightful gardens. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, making it feel like a relaxing cottage getaway. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating at times, and the noise from neighboring rooms and occasional aircraft overhead was a bit much. Overall, a lovely experience, but it could be improved with better soundproofing.
